No Bake Falafel
Ingredients
▢ 1 cup pumpkin seeds raw
▢ 1 cup Parsley-chopped(leaves only)
▢ 1 cup Chickpeas-canned
▢ 4 T Tahini
▢ 2 Garlic cloves chopped
▢ 1 pinch Chili powder
▢ 2 tsp Cumin
▢ 1/2 Lemon juiced
▢ Water if needed
Directions
Add all ingredients in food processor
Mix until dough consistency, can add water if too stiff
Use spatula to scrap sides off and roll into balls
Enjoy and Eat!
