Ingredients
▢ 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
▢ 1 Red onion
▢ 1 pepper
▢ 2 cups cauliflower rice thawed
▢ 1 lime-juiced
▢ 1 tsp garlic powder
▢ 1 tsp smoked paprika
▢ 1 tsp salt
▢ 1/4 tsp pepper
▢ 1 tsp cumin
Directions
Put coconut oil in pan and heat, saute onions and pepper.
Stir in rest of ingredients and top with avocado
