Meet Terra Momont,
Terra Momont is a Registered Nurse with 25+ years in surgery and the founder of Rise Into Wellness, an internationally recognized Regenerative Health Practitioner and wellness mentor. Over the past three years, she has helped hundreds of people reclaim their health, restore their vitality, and live radiant, empowered lives. She specializes in autoimmune conditions, women’s health, gut health, and whole-body restoration.
But Terra’s healing journey began long before her certifications — it began with God.
Over seven years ago, she faced a devastating health crisis: a dual diagnosis of Lupus and Celiac disease. Doctors told her there was no cure and no hope. In her darkest moment, she turned to God first. Through prayer, faith, and trusting Him as her true healer, she found the strength to pursue holistic, mind-body-soul restoration.
God opened the path.
Regenerative health became the tool.
And through His guidance, Terra reversed her autoimmune diseases and reclaimed her energy, clarity, and vitality.
